Parallel Session on promoting “Women’s Productivity in the World of Work” at the National Women’s Conference

The Platform for Labour Action (PLA) has organised a parallel session at this year’s 4th National Women’s Conference, whose theme is:” Crossing Barriers, Bookending Bridges: Unleashing Collective Power” with the purpose of providing a platform to reflect and strengthen the women’s movement in Uganda.

PLA’s session is entitled “Addressing the Socio-Economic Challenges: Promoting Women’s Productivity in the World of Work” and is schedule to take place on 25th October 2018 in Mayanja Hall at Hotel Africana, Kampala, at 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.

The session is intended to dialogue the socio-economic changeless affecting women productivity in the world of work and to propose policy and structural recommendations to build bridges that promote women productivity in the world of work.
